Gloria Cotten leads
Wellspring Ladies’ Ministries, an adjunct of
Antioch Ministries, in which she shares
leadership with husband Michael. Antioch
Ministries was founded in 2002 to administrate
and oversee Gloria and Michael’s international
Christian ministry. The focus of Wellspring is
to serve as an organization for mentoring women.
The annual Wellspring Ladies’ Conference is
endorsed by Grace Churches International. |

Teaching ladies groups, conducting
retreats and conferences, and traveling in ministry with
her husband Michael keep Gloria’s life full and busy.
She and Michael have been married for 38 years and have
3 married sons, all in Christian ministry today as well
as 6 grandchildren who are the apple of Nana and
Granddad’s eyes! They currently live in Fayetteville, NC
where they are active in the life of Manna Church and
maintain an office for Antioch Ministries.
Gloria often accompanies her husband
Michael in his travel, teaching women and partnering
with him in ministry to churches. She is also an author,
having written the book In the Beginning in 2001, as
well as much of the teaching material they use in their
seminars. She is frequently called on to speak to women
in various settings, including local churches and
conferences. Gloria has ministered internationally in
Iceland, Colombia, the Netherlands, and England.
