WOW Leadership
- Course Descriptions
“The Family Portrait” discusses three different stages
that the family may go through: Marriage, Raising
Children, and Having Adult Children.
Shame, an issue many women have dealt with since the
beginning of time. But there is good news according to
Is. 61, Jesus came to bind the brokenhearted and set the
captives free from darkness! Jesus came to expose the
darkness in our hearts and expel it with His light and
truth. This teaching points out women in the bible who
suffered from shame, yet whom God used mightily.
Scripture and practical life applications are also
brought out to help women be free from shame and
humiliation, and help you realize the value God had
already placed on us before we were even born!
Lifestyle: Laurie looks at the misconception that God
wants worship and explores how God wants RELATIONSHIP
with us. She debuncts the idea that worship is an event
that we attend and encourages all to participate in the
TRUE worship of God IN SPIRIT and TRUTH.
